• Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the same procedure as for returns. 

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised products
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Exchange Shipping: If the exchange is due to a change in size, style, or preference, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways. However, if the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 03 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
